The Bureau

The Bureau is composed of the Academy’s President and its two Vice-Presidents, elected by the General Assembly. The Bureau is in charge of:

• proposing the Academy’s program of activities and supervising its execution;
• preparing the formal meetings and ordinary and extraordinary sessions of the Academy;
• submitting the Academy’s draft budget, proposed by the Secretary-General, for approval by the Plenary Assembly meeting in ordinary session;
• submitting for approval to the plenary assembly meeting in ordinary session, the draft budget of the Academy, proposed by the Secretary General.
• evaluating expert reports, both referral and self-referral, elaborated by working groups and submitted for assessment by public and private entities.
