To celebrate Heritage Month, a conference dedicated to the presentation of a study of the protection and enhancement plan for the archaeological site of Tiddis, a national heritage site located in the commune of Béni’ Hmiden in the wilaya of Constantine. This contribution is a reflection on a site of high historical value, but little known, to be shared with the general public.

This city, a historical entity in its own right, was considered the twin city of the historic city of Constantine. During the French colonization, the archaeologist Albert Berthier made it his field of study, probing its depths to reveal the historical significance of this site and highlighting its Roman heritage.
