The Council of the Academy is composed of the members of the Bureau and the Section Presidents. It is chaired by the President of the Academy.
And is responsible for:
- expressing an opinion on cooperation agreements and conventions with national and international institutions and organizations.
- expressing an opinion on the scientific and technical reports submitted by the sections.
- proposing recommendations on priorities and methods for improving the quality of the national education, training and research system.
- elaborating the annual report on the Academy’s activities,and presented to the General Assembly for approval.
